NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Quinlan Economic Development Corporation,
a Type B economic development corporation, on Monday, October 20, 2025,
at 6:05 P.M. in the Quinlan City Council Chambers, 104 East Main St., Quinlan, TX 75474, to consider and take action upon the following Project #25-43P1 financial assistance to the Texas Café in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 for Project Buildout. It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to the Quinlan Economic Development Corporation.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Quinlan Economic Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing Monday, April 8th, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the Quinlan City Council Chambers, 104 East Main St., Quinlan, TX 75474, for the purpose of discussing proposed Project #24-38. The Project would provide a funding agreement between the City of Quinlan and the QEDC for engineering services related to a Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan. Total projected cost is estimated to be $32,000.
