NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.159 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held by the Quinlan Economic Development Corporation,
a Type B economic development corporation, on Monday, April 8, 2024,
at 6:05 P.M. in the Quinlan City Council Chambers, 104 East Main St., Quinlan, TX 75474, to consider and take action upon the following project: Project #24-39 TIRZ #1.
It is requested that you make your views known, either in person or by writing to
the Quinlan Economic Development Corporation.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Quinlan Economic Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing Monday, April 8th, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the Quinlan City Council Chambers, 104 East Main St., Quinlan, TX 75474, for the purpose of discussing proposed Project #24-38. The Project would provide a funding agreement between the City of Quinlan and the QEDC for engineering services related to a Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan. Total projected cost is estimated to be $32,000.
